We would like to acknowledge and congratulate Charlotte Pawson, our Junior Sports Manager, on reaching her 10-year anniversary working at ParaFed Canterbury.

Charlotte is the most knowledgeable and experienced staff member in the country working with young people with a physical disability. She has seen a generation of members move through her various junior programmes and events, not to mention she has lead our junior athletes to the Halberg Games every year.

Charlotte was the winner of the Westfield Riccarton Local Hero Award for her dedication in supporting ParaFed Canterbury's junior members and families. She is the third longest serving staff member of ParaFed Canterbury (in consecutive years) behind Ken Sowden, our current General Manager, and Ang Butler, our previous Office Manager (and now Life Member).

Thank you Charlotte for all the great work you do for ParaFed Canterbury and for the past 10 years with us.
