Functional Adaptive Movement (FAM) is a strength & conditioning program specifically designed for all ages to increase the overall health and wellness of those dealing with any disability.

The costs are as follows:
ParaFed Canterbury Membership = $40 per year
3 Month (Jun - Aug) FAM Cost = $35 per term
