FAM (Functional Adaptive Movement) is a strength & conditioning programme specifically designed for all ages to increase the overall health and wellness of those with physical disabilities.

FAM returns on Sunday 9th June 2024 with a new trainer, Connor Dann, and will be held weekly (excluding long weekends).

ParaFed Canterbury Membership = $40 per year
