For the more creative member!

The Arts Program is overseen by two Arts Tutors and caters for the very beginner to the more accomplished artist. The program includes a range of art forms, including ceramics, canvas and landscapes. The Art group also has occasional trips into the community to experience different forms of art.

Members have the opportunity to win Art scholarships at the end of the year ParaFed Art Awards.

Burwood Hospital OT Art Room

The cost to attend the weekly art program is only $20 per quarter ($80 per year). This enables you to attend the program for over 40 weeks per year, use the art room facilities and guidance from our two excellent art tutors.

Entry information & forms will be available from ParaFed Canterbury in early October, and entries will close in late November.

Basic Entry criteria:

- must be a financial member of ParaFed Canterbury

- any art medium can be entered

- maximum of 2 pieces may be entered

- art piece must have been started after 1st January 2010

Award winners are announced at the 2010 ParaFed Awards & Christmas Function
