We offer a specially equipped gymnasium to assist our members with their fitness and sports training. The Gymnasium is fully accessible and is one of our most popular facilities. Programmes are available through our personal trainer.  The Gym is used by a range of people, from those wanting to improve their health to members training for competitions.

The Gym is available from 6.00am until 9.00pm seven days per week.

Our Gym is available for both ParaFed Canterbury members and also the General Public.

INFORMATION - PARAFED MEMBERS

ParaFed membership (our members with a disability) entitles members to access to our gymnasium.

Additional costs for ParaFed members who use the gym are:

       $30.00   Gym Card (bond)

       $25.00   Personal Trainer Session (if required)

ParaFed Members Gym Questionnaire                   (only if a personal program is required)

INFORMATION - GENERAL PUBLIC

Members of the public can join the ParaFed gymnasium for a very reasonable price:

       $280.00  for 12 months

       $190.00 for 6 months

       $140.00 for 3 months

This price includes the $30 bond for a gym access card and an initial program with our personal trainer.
